1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between HLS (Harmony Legal Store) and any buyer placing an order on the website www.harmonylegalstore.com.

2. Orders

Any order placed on our website implies acceptance of these GTC. Validation of your order signifies your unreserved adherence to the current terms of sale.

3. Price

Prices displayed are in euros (EUR), all taxes included. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon order. We accept major payment methods offered by Shopify (credit card, etc.). All transactions are secure.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. HLS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or force majeure events. Consult our Delivery Policy for more details.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. Contact us at support@harmonylegalstore.com to initiate the procedure.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

8. Liability

HLS cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. Disputes
